To all those who want to return to what's essential and reduce their impact on the planet: from June 7 to 9, come join us at the Val d'Europe shopping center for a feel-good and engaging event. For three days, wellness recipes and fun workshops will take place in Marne-la-Vallée focused on anti-waste cooking, homemade cosmetics, and natural cleaning products. The idea? To raise awareness among young and old about simple actions for a more sustainable lifestyle.
In the kitchen: taste and common sense
At the helm in the kitchen are Les Tabliers Gourmands. With Corinne, a passionate pastry chef and exceptional teacher, you'll get to roll up your sleeves while discovering the art of anti-waste cooking. She'll teach you how to enhance imperfect products, the peels...and even stale bread; it will help you create delicious and inventive dishes like nettle crackers; it will share all about rehydrating forgotten foods; and it will even teach you how to smartly read expiration dates (DLC) and minimum durability dates (DLUO). In short, every day, 4 participatory or demonstrative sessions are offered, mixing chef tips, eco-friendly practices, and culinary creativity.
In the bathroom: homemade cosmetics and natural cleaning
In a slow life spirit, Marie – director of Je Fabrique mes cosmétiques and founder of Laboratoire MH and the organic-vegan brand Happy Nature – invites you into her world through fun and informative workshops. On Saturday, discover your skin type and create your own custom facial serum with vegetable oils. On Sunday, dive into eco-friendly maintenance with the creation of a multi-surface cleaner.
ce is made from black soap, baking soda, and essential oils. And to wrap up this delightful weekend, on Monday, create a scented suspension with dried flowers, natural stones, and ribbons. Marie, an expert in dermo-cosmetics and a champion of well-being, will generously share her tips and know-how to take care of yourself and your inner self, naturally!
