Indeed, it is firefighters and high-level athletes who will make you work and help you push your limits, but who will also take care of your well-being. Through a variety of coaching experiences ranging from bootcamp to team challenges, cardio and strength exercises, they will guide you towards a healthier and happier self. So, are you ready to take on the challenge?e musculation, Urban Challenge offers no less than 400 classes per month spread across 12 Parisian parks, positioning itself as the leader in outdoor coaching. And what could be more enjoyable than exercising outdoors, in the calm of a park or woodland, when the majority of urban athletes lock themselves in gyms and sweat it out on machines?

The goal, as you may have guessed, is to regain your energy and a youthful physique, while strengthening group cohesion and the connection to nature, all sprinkled with a pinch of competition. In fact, for the most motivated participants, the Detox Challenge starts on January 13th. The aim is to accumulate points each day in order to climb to the top of the overall leaderboard, and be rewarded at the end on February 9th.
