Spring is approaching: it's time to get rid of all those raclettes and fondues we've stored in our bodies – and we’ve all been there, after all, we had to stay warm in winter. But since spring is a symbol of renewal, what better way than a little detox cleanse to get back in shape? Good news: a new wellness temple has just sprung up in the heart of the capital, ready to offer us rejuvenating and invigorating sessions. Let us introduce you to Sant Roch, which hosts nothing less than the largest sauna in France.
An urban retreat between warmth and cold
Just opened on Monday, March 2, right across from the Tuileries Garden, Sant Roch is the new hot-spot for wellness in Paris. With nearly 400 m² of space over two floors, the venue highlights a unique sensory ritual, featuring intense heat in an XXL sauna and immersion in icy baths.
An experience that follows contrast therapy – the alternation between hot and cold – known for its regenerative effects on the body and mind, inspired by ancient rituals and the baths of Lutetia.

Founded by Jules and Chloé Bouscatel (formerly at the helm of Monday Sports Club), Sant Roch is a one-of-a-kind spa. It's a true urban oasis where you can achieve a deep state of relaxation. To make this happen, the duo has created the largest sauna in France. Expect 60 m² of sensory immersion, complete with lights, immersive playlists, and aromatherapy. And to contrast and enhance the ritual, you’ll find five pools kept between 3 and 8 °C, promising an immediate reset for both body and mind.
The new wellness hotspot in Paris
On-site, you’ll enjoy free sessions to experience contrast therapy at your own pace. Additionally, there are guided rituals, led by trained guides according to the Sant Roch method.
These rituals include breathing and meditation sessions, alternating with sound immersions and body movements. In short, everything you need for a deep relaxation.

All of this awaits you in a space entirely designed by the Futurstudio agency, which has created a truly contemporary venue, marked by simplicity and elegance, to provide Parisians with a luxurious relaxation space. Here, material and light define the wellness experience.
