The fresh air gave us a little chill on this Monday, May 5, 2025. After spending a week with summer temperatures, the sudden drop of 10 degrees is definitely felt. Out go the light outfits and hello the return of jackets, because while the saying goes, “don’t shed a thread in April,” we can assure you that “keep your sweater in May” is just as true. This week, we can expect much cooler temperatures, but the good news is they will be accompanied by a mild weather that will almost make us forget the cold. By this weekend, a little rise in temperatures should occur, allowing us to reach 20 degrees.

A sunny week with no rain in sight
Get ready for a relatively smooth week, and with the May 8th holiday fast approaching, that's fantastic news! From Monday, May 5th to Friday, May 9th, the days will be sunny, although a few clouds may be scattered across the sky, according to Météo France. The weekend of Saturday, May 10th and Sunday, May 11th promises to be just as beautiful with, this time, a perfectly clear sky. The lovely weather should continue to brighten Paris at least until May 17th!
Over 20 degrees expected by the end of the week
It won't be cold, but it will be cool. Throughout the week, we can expect temperatures ranging fromBetween 13 and 16 degrees in the morning, and around 18 degrees in the afternoon. Thursday, May 8 will be an exception to the rule with 20 degrees expected in the middle of the day. Starting Saturday, May 10, the capital should warm up a bit with 21 degrees expected, and 22 degrees forecasted for Sunday, May 11. These temperatures are expected to be maintained at the beginning of next week, with 22 degrees expected in Paris on Monday, May 12, Tuesday, May 13, and Wednesday, May 14!
