Monica's apartment from Friends is now available on Airbnb just 1h30 from Paris!

Who hasn't dreamed of cozying up in Monica's huge living room chair? Or peeking out the window to catch a glimpse of the "big naked guy" in the building across the street? Or raiding the fridge for some salami to sneak into a sandwich just like Joey? We all would've loved that, right? Well, guess what? Our fantasy might just come true. Sort of. While a fun Friends-themed experience opened in Paris back in 2022, now we can actually book a night in an apartment inspired by Monica Geller's place on Airbnb, only an hour and a half away from Paris. Where, you ask? In Rouen. Sounds unlikely, doesn't it? Yes, indeed. An apartment that's not quite the real deal If you're a die-hard Friends fan, we have to warn you upfront - you might be a little (or a lot) disappointed. The apartment isn't an exact copy of the one we all know from the show. The kitchen and dining room are reminiscent of Monica's place, but the living room is designed like Central Perk, the gang's favorite hangout, complete with the iconic orange couch and brick walls.

We can still applaud the effort of the owners, as there are a number of references to the series : the all blue kitchen, the polaroids of Chandler dressed as a bunny or Joey with a turkey on his head displayed on the fridge, Hugsy the stuffed penguin, and even the vintage posters found in Monica's living room...
