Looking for a new hangout spot to chat with friends while watching one of the Euro 2024 games with passion? Molly's and its vast spaces are here to serve you. Outside, a large sunny terrace, perfect for ending a hot summer day with an Irish beer in hand. Inside, a long bar where you can sit and chat with Kevin, the manager and bartender, and witness his mastery of cocktails. A spirit of conviviality straight from Ireland, where he grew up.© Iona Romet

Authenticity Irish Style

Kevin took the leap into entrepreneurship in 2018, after about ten years of experience as a bartender, a career choice not inherent for someone who started in finance. With Molly's, the 37-year-old man has a goal: to transport the clientele of the Aligre neighborhood into his universe. A universe made of dripping food, sourced products, Irish drinks, all served in English for those who want to join in.

Main course + dessert for 18€

At Molly's, it's hearty and homemade, so delicious. The pub stands out from its counterparts thanks to a menu where a thousand pleasures are offered to groups of friends. Among these, the snacks first: for the health-conscious, there is homemade beetroot hummus and uIn avocado guacamole with peas, you can also enjoy pumpkin toasts (roasted hazelnuts, tapenade, pomegranate, yogurt), mozza balls, or even soy and honey chicken wings for the most indulgent.

The pride of the house, however, is the burgers. Smashed (or double smashed) cheeseburgers, veggie recipes, unique dish of the day: Kevin and Ashok, the chefs, are experts in food porn. Their secret: using top-quality aged Irish meats, like the brisket, beef marinated for 24 hours, cooked for 6 hours, and placed in a burger with homemade barbecue sauce. You can enjoy a great deal at lunch with an unbeatable main-dessert menu for only 18 euros. Other top sellers in the house: the fish and chips and the sticky toffee pudding, an Irish dessert made with medjool dates, homemade custard, salted caramel sauce, and nut crumble.

Irish Drinks Galore

A quality restaurant, Molly's is still a friendly brewery where you can relax after a hard day's work, and watch all kinds of matches on the three available screens. The house specialty: gin and tonics, offered in about ten different creations to let Kevin showcase his skills in the glass. Among them, the Whitley Cucumber Gin, deliciously infused with cucumber and aloe vera, and the King of Soho gin, delicately combining lemony grapefruit with classic juniper to create an authentic London Gin. With a collection boasting fifty different gins, there is plenty of inspiration to be found.

There is also a wide range of beers to choose from: out of the ten on offer, seven are from Ireland, including Guinness, IPA, and lager. The atmosphere at Molly's is always warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to enjoy great drinks and good company!

Ostara is ready to deliver its many aromas. Typical and cheerful, Molly's is THE Irish pub to set your sights on!
