We’re indulging at Trâm 130

After delighting (almost) every kitchen in France and beyond, Chef Priscilla Trâm has opened her very first restaurant in Paris. Off we go to the lively rue Saint-Maur to explore Trâm 130, a modern bistro that took our breath away with its fantastic natural wines and, most importantly, deliciously crafted plates. The menu features French cuisine with diverse inspirations, from Basque classics to Southeast Asian flavors. The chef even made us fall in love with veal sweetbreads, lacquered in Hong Kong style with charsiu sauce on a brioche toast. Our bellies were filled with love thanks to her creamy orzo risotto with crab bisque and shrimp heads, all sprinkled with pecorino. And to wrap it all up, we were treated to two massive hugs: a matcha crème brûlée and an absolutely divine Basque cheesecake.

Divine flavors. In short, sweetness from the starter to the dessert.
