Let's treat ourselves to a Vietnamese seafood platter at BẾP!
The new baby of the Sobremesa team in the 18th, BẾP writes a new culinary story filled with sharing and resilience, where Grandma's recipes meet childhood memories from southern Vietnam. The menu proudly features the cơm tấm, a beloved and iconic dish typical of southern Vietnamese cuisine, enjoyed on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City – and now in Paris! On your plate? Crisp white rice, grilled meats, pickles, cucumber, chả trứng (a terrine made of minced pork, black mushrooms, and egg), bì chả chay (shredded tofu, toasted rice powder), thin slices of grilled pork, and a fried egg for the bigger appetites. But with this heat wave, we also recommend the Vietnamese seafood platters, perfect for nibbling in the sun on the temporary terrace!

We're going to see Miel de Montagne in concert at La Maroquinerie
Miel de Montagne sings about the simple life. From his adventures in the countryside to his love stories, from skateboarding with his dog to his everyday experiences. The artist, with his whimsical universe, captivates with his electronic productions tinged with pop, offering a hybrid and completely unbridled music, just like his hit tracks “Pourquoi Pas” and “Permis B Bébé.” Always fueled by his overflowing imagination, Miel de Montagne has four exceptional dates lined up at La Maroquinerie this end of May. And one thing is for sure: it's going to be absolutely fabulous.
