Urban beach, a banquet on the Seine, cultural outings, neighborhood strolls… This weekend, Paris treats us to a delightful bunch of great ideas. Here’s our selection of must-do activities, with the added bonus of Mr. Sun making an appearance!

We're soaking up the sun at Crodino beach, non-alcoholic Spritz, at Marcounet

As beautiful days finally return to the capital, we only have one desire: to stretch out on the sand and enjoy the sun. This year, the beach is coming right to us along the banks of the Seine, allowing us to make the most of these lovely days, thanks to Crodino, which is taking over the Marcounet barge in the 4th arrondissement, for three days of freshness and delightful treats. It's the perfect chance to discover this Italian non-alcoholic Spritz with citrus notes, as well as enjoy a number of activities and goodies: a clothing customization workshop, scratch cards, crossword puzzles, DJ sets… All while indulging in ultra-refreshing ice creams or delicious antipasti from Italy, providing an immediate escape to the Italian coast!

Enjoy contemporary Chinese cuisine in a charming French bistro

Tucked away from clichés, the Bistrot Ordinaire offers a contemporary and highly personal Chinese cuisine crafted by chef Shan (former best pâté en croûte). After several years traveling across France with a food truck meeting local producers, he settled down to create a place that reflects his personality: warm and full of character. On the menu, French local products meet the flavors of his childhood in dishes that are as surprising as they are skillfully made, featuring fried monkfish cheek with sweet and sour sauce, reimagined Lao Fan, and bold pairings.Sea urchins or spiny sea urchins. All set in a cozy, handmade decor where every object seems to have a story to tell... let's go, let's go back there !

Discovering Aldous Harding's new album at the Salle Pleyel 

New Zealand singer-songwriter, Aldous Harding and the somewhat dark and quirky indie pop folk sound takes us on an exceptional evening at the Salle Pleyel. On stage, the artist presents new tracks from their fifth album Train On The Island – unveiled on May 8th. The promise? A theatrical live show, as captivating and mystical as ever, featuring guitar solos and percussion, all beautifully highlighted by Aldous's voice.

Let's fill up on good vibes at the Emmaüs Solidarity Festival

This Saturday, head over to Point Fort d’Aubervilliers to soak up music, good cheer, and solidarity. After three successful editions, the Emmaüs Solidarity Festival is back for its 4th edition, promising to be more festive than ever. With concerts, stand-up, participatory workshops, a creators' market, and outdoor activities for the whole family, the event celebrates what enriches us the most: human connections!

We're treating ourselves at the Banquai of Loire Red Wines

This weekend, the Loire is coming to the Seine! Join us on the quai de la Tournelle to enjoy the Banquai of Loire Red Wines. The idea? Gather nearly a hundred winemakers for two unique lunches, created by the chef from the Loire Paul Delhommais (@prochedelafaim) – who usually heats things up at the Miettes restaurant in Tours. This time in Paris, he's whipping up a menu that's less serious, more playful, perfectly paired with the Red Wines of the Loire.

Rediscovering the cinema of Céline Sciamma 

Since her first film Naissance des pieuvres (2007), director Céline Sciamma has been passionate about placing female, lesbian, and queer characters at the heart of her art. And for her first retrospective in Paris, presented by the Centre Pompidou and mk2 Bibliothèque, we’re delighted to rediscover all of her feature films, from Tomboy (2011) to Bande de filles (2014), including the masterful Portrait de la jeune fille en feu (2019) and her very latest unseen film: Tutti Frutti. In parallel, the filmmaker offers a lineup filled with current issues, showcasing transfeminist stories in cinema, playful performances, and inspiring female figures.

We’re doing yoga to music with Chaussettes Claquées

A yoga session with techno music? That's what the Chaussettes Claquées collective, the pros of yoga with music, have in store for us this Sunday. But don't worry: we're not meeting up for a rave in the depths of the 92! This time, we’ll gather for a chill morning at Plantation, the amazing urban rooftop farm nestled in the 18th. There, we'll treat ourselves to a lovely moment with a DJ set by ULTRANÖUK – who offers us some bright techno infused with acid and trance – while we enjoy the vinyasa poses led by Marine Suryatherapy.

Want to disconnect ? This Sunday, Paris Off-Line is back in the capital, offering us a phone-free Sunday. The event, organized by the City of Paris and My Little Paris, brings together nearly 50 addresses and 50 disconnected initiatives throughout Paris, featuring: live piano at the American Church in the 7th, a concert in the garden of the Maison de Balzac, a drawing workshop at the Bourdelle Museum, bike tour routes with Vélib’... In short, everything you need to set your smartphone aside !
