Let's warm up with a vegan raclette at the REcyclerie!

The holiday season has come to an end, but winter is here to stay. Thankfully, the capital is filled with cozy little chalets where you can snuggle up until spring. One of these places is the REcyclerie, which has unveiled its mountain chalet for the season. What's on the menu? Endless hot drinks like pumpkin spice lattes, hot chocolates, and more, along with amazing plant-based fondues and raclettes, in partnership with New Roots, a vegan creamery from the Swiss Alps that makes cheese alternatives from chickpeas, lupin, and cashew milk; Heura, the brand specializing in 100% plant-based meat; and Ave Racine, a plant-based aging house.

Immerse yourself in the famous Boléro by Ravel at the Philharmonie de Paris

To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Maurice Ravel's birth, the Philharmonie de Paris is diving into the composer's life through the lens of his greatest masterpiece: Boléro. A unique piece that, intriguingly, seems to encompass all aspects of the musician's life as well as all of his values. A work that is as contradictory as it is innovative, continuing to fascinate nearly a century after its creation, which we explore here through images and sounds, for an immediate journey to Spain. Olé!

Let's indulge in the special Dry January menu at Meurice

For many, January means Dry January—a month to nourish our bodies without a drop of alcohol and rethink our consumption for the rest of the year. To celebrate this, many places in Paris are embracing the sober vibe, including Dalí, the restaurant at Meurice. It's now a tradition at the venue to offer, once again this year, a menu crafted by Chef Clémentine Bouchon, paired with drinks from the now-famous Benoît d’Onofrio, also known as Le Sobrelier. What's on the menu? Delightful classics reimagined, like sea bream carpaccio or scallops, paired perfectly with the Sobrelier's fermented drinks.
