We're talking adventure and cinema at CENTQUATRE-PARIS

Led by writer and climber Stéphanie Bodet, the Adventure Film Festival is back in Paris this weekend, setting up at CENTQUATRE-PARIS. What’s on the agenda? An eclectic selection of 30 films, around ten conferences (including one with Sylvain Tesson), talks, a variety of fun activities, and, most importantly, opportunities to meet those who bring adventure to life through images and words. From unique expeditions in Pakistan to climbing Kilimanjaro in a wheelchair, climbing in Palestine, and surfing in Liberia… the festival invites us to explore stories that are as beautiful as they are captivating.

We advocate for the rights (and well-being) of trans people at the Citizens' Arches

As part of its "Embracing Transition" series, the Citizens' Arches dedicate their weekend to the visibility and expression of trans individuals, who are constantly in danger in a society that still questions their existence, here and everywhere else. A mini-festival over three days, designed as a moment to explore the act of transitioning to another gender, featuring poetry readings, cabaret shows, creative workshops, screenings, discussions, and, of course, DJ sets. The cherry on top? All proceeds go to the FAST (Trans Social Aid Fund) from the organization Acceptess T.They work on tackling the exclusion and precariousness faced by trans individuals, covering everything from emergency housing at night to access to basic necessities, while constantly fighting against situations of transphobia.

We dance for a good cause at the EDF Group Foundation

As part of its season In the Light, the EDF Group Foundation dedicates its Saturday night to all the women who are victims of gender-based or sexual violence with an engaged event that will make us all vibe to the music. To do this, the foundation invites Romain Guillermic and Fauve Hautot to energize the evening with exclusive dance performances, specially designed for the event, blending Japanese hip-hop and an introduction to electro dance. To wrap things up, Pedro Winter himself will spin the decks, alongside Bonitoboy and Andy 4000. And because...This evening is 100% supportive! The total amount from each ticket purchased (€5) is fully donated to the LOBA association.
