We're savoring the classics of modernized French cuisine at Les Indécises

A true bistro institution in the 11th, Les Indécises has enjoyed a well-deserved revival since last autumn. And the result exceeds our expectations! In a classic brasserie setting, with an added retro touch that captures our hearts, we get to relish must-try dishes of French cuisine, given just the right modern twist. Think eggs mayo, truffle mushroom ravioli, a comté croque-monsieur, or beef stew with smashed potatoes, not to mention the incredible desserts with generous portions, all paired with some lovely wine selections.

We're going to see the tribute exhibition to Sebastião Salgado at the Hôtel de Ville!

He is one of the most remarkable personalities in the world of photography and history. On May 23, 2025, the Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado left us, leaving behind an unparalleled artistic legacy. Until May 30, Paris pays tribute to him with a special exhibition presented for free at the Hôtel de Ville. It’s a perfect opportunity to (re)discover art as the artist envisioned it, and to enjoy a unique photographic and societal dive!

On ofGive your hair real care at Sidali Merzouk

A hairdresser for nearly 20 years, freelancing for 3 years, it's in the heart of the Marais, at the Maison Kärving, that Sidali welcomes us for a moment of well-being and tranquility. After discussing your needs and desires to choose the cut that suits you best, it's off to the washbasin for a little Tokyo treatment that revitalizes and strengthens the hair from the inside out. A cut and blow-dry later, thanks to Sidali's expert hands, you leave this little gem tucked away at the back of a courtyard, transformed on the outside and at peace on the inside. A truly personal moment that brings beauty and well-being.

We dive in with L’ode mère at Point Éphémère

Get ready to experience a unique sensory adventure with L’ode mère at Point Éphémère! The event kicks off with a lively bing’eau animated by the group The Kitsch, where you can win lots of fun little prizes. Then, we continue with a buffet specially prepared by chef Léo, who takes us on a journey through her culinary world. It's a taste experience centered around the themes of water and the sea (starting to get the concept?), blending mineral, herbal, and umami flavors. And of course, we’ll wrap up with a musical evening featuring a varied program with jam sessions and DJ sets by the members of the collective.ctif The mother’s ode and their guest Egna.

Let’s treat ourselves to an ultra-generous brunch at Causier

Opened by Arame Ly, right in the heart of Rue de Montreuil, Causier is so much more than just a coffee shop, it’s a creative gathering place, where people come together, chat, and build community. Its name combines the two key words of the house: cosy and chat. Seated in a bright, minimalist yet somewhat brutalist room, you can work, have lunch, observe, browse, and daydream to the rhythm of the day. And on your plate, it’s definitely generous. We loved the delicious fluffy pancakes topped with crispy bacon and melting butter, as well as the DIY bagel with perfectly toasted bread, salmon f...umé, pickled onions, capers, tomatoes, pickles, cream cheese, and dill, all served on a board for you to mix to your taste (and appetite). And for the sweet touch: some to-die-for French toasts with beautiful slices of caramelized bananas.

Let's enjoy a Hollywood experience at the Forum des images

Until March 19, the Forum des images is exploring the golden age of Hollywood and its legacy. The idea? To reflect contemporary films that draw directly from the golden age of Hollywood studios. With open screenings, projections, and a retrospective of Jeff Nichols, rediscover classics and dare to embrace new ideas. And this Sunday, let’s be tempted by the beginnings of Technicolor and musicals with The Wizard of Oz, or by the very trendy Barbie from Greta Gerwig.
