We're Treating Ourselves at the Slow Opening of Maslow Temple

Building on its success, Maslow – which has been delighting us with veggie dishes by the Seine for two years – is opening an absolutely grand new space in the Temple district. In a classically red building featuring a large glass roof, this Maslow 2.0 welcomes us across three levels with nearly 140 seats and 60 spots on the terrace to soak up the Parisian sun (if it decides to join us). On the food side, Chef Mehdi Favri promises us a brand new menu that's 100% original. The promise? A carbon footprint divided by four.and compared to traditional restaurants in the capital, with seasonal products sourced from farms located around Paris.
