Dine in a 1950s New York chop house style
Tucked away in the Experimental Hotel, in the tranquility of a little street in the Marais, Temple & Chapon is the spot you’ve got to try at least once in your life. On the plate, Mélanie Serre strikes a perfect balance between richness and tenderness: crispy crab cakes, a sweetbread vol-au-vent that almost borders on scandalous, pork Belly slow-cooked with honey and spices, a delightful pot pie of vegetables, tender sea bream with melt-in-your-mouth veggies, all crowned with a chocolate-praline soufflé that will make your taste buds dance. The decor embraces a neo-chop house vibe with a cathedral-style glass roof, plush banquettes, and impeccable tableware. Perfect for a stylish date, a fun night out with friends, or a Friday/Saturday night where you just want everything to be beautiful and delicious.

We admire the colorful work of David Hockney at the Louis Vuitton Foundation
He is undoubtedly the most French of British painters. David Hockney, who has been living in Normandy for a few years now, continually expresses his love for French landscapes, whether through his words or his canvases. Yet, for a long time, he was the most Californian of the British, far away from the Norman countryside. An unusual evolution reflected in his colorful works, instantly recognizable, showcased in the new exhibition at the Louis Vuitton Foundation that looks back at the last 25 years of a career that is as spectacular as it is innovative.
