Let's treat ourselves to a cozy moment with Wicked

Wicked: For Good, the second installment and adaptation of the second act of the musical Wicked launched on Broadway in 2003, is all set for a grand release in theaters on November 19. To help us wait in style, Deliveroo has prepared a magical little bag featuring our two iconic heroines: Elphaba, the rebellious green witch from head to toe, and Glinda, the sweet and glamorous fairy dressed all in pink. Inside, you'll find a reversible sleep mask, a pair of super soft socks, a mug with matching coasters, and raspberry and pistachio coconut popcorn, perfect for enjoying the first movie in home cinema style. The cherry on top? Two complimentary movie tickets are tucked inside too!

Tuesday, November 11

Let's take advantage of the holiday to enjoy some lovely exhibitions!

After last week’s holiday on November 1st, we’re getting another day off on the 11th. And guess what? This time we can truly enjoy it since it falls on a Tuesday, not a Saturday. Yay! So, what shall we do? We’ve decided to take this opportunity to explore some amazing exhibitions, like the one about the profiles of Parisians from 1926 to 1936 at the Carnavalet Museum, the incredible exhibition on portrait artist John Singer Sargent at the Orsay, and the moving Gerhard Richter retrospective at the Louis Vuitton Foundation. And for those feeling a bit tired, how about a visit to the Marmottan Monet Museum, for a beautiful exhibit on sleep?

We listen to the touching story of Sarina at the Essaïon Theatre

The Belgian singer Sarina is getting ready to enchant us at the Essaïon Theatre. Blind since childhood, she transforms her fear of being reduced to her disability into a true musical strength. In her show Rise Up, she summons legendary artists and performs with her crystal-clear voice all those songs that have changed the world. From Nina Simone to Billie Eilish, passing through Joséphine Baker and Fairuz, Sarina pays tribute to those who, like her, have shattered a glass ceiling, alternating between song and p.iano and guitar.

We're going to see the work of Blanca Li at La Seine Musicale

Spanish dancer and choreographer, Blanca Li is known for her love of blending different genres and styles of dance. With this creation, the artist also showcases her approach to new technologies. With The Paris Ball by Blanca Li, step into the dance through virtual reality. It’s a vibrant and immersive experience that plunges the audience right into the heart of the show. The idea? With a VR headset on and sensors attached to the body, we begin our adventure in a boudoir to don our outfit (designed by none other than CHANEL) before exploring a series of stunning tableaux.between waltz and can-can, in a festive and artistic atmosphere. The great news? The show has been extended until November 29th for our utmost delight.
