Let's enjoy a delicious galette (and a crepe, why not) from Brittany!

In the 11th, Crêperie Armelle serves up authentic Breton flavors. On the menu, there are crispy galettes like the classic complete with ham, egg, and cheese, a version with smoked andouille from Guémené, caramelized onions, and old-fashioned mustard, or even the spicier option with chorizo. For those feeling adventurous, you can try the galette with roasted squash seasoned with spices and blue cheese cream with honey, or the one with Breton smoked sausage, beetroot ketchup, honey mustard, and pickled carrots.Red onion pancakes. On the sweet side, there's no shortage of choices: after the classic butter and sugar, you can go for our homemade salted butter with melting apples, or even chestnut cream with Ardèche chestnut ice cream... all paired with a nice, dry artisanal cider. Brittany products, twisted but delicious recipes, in a softly lit atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours... you're in for a successful Candlemas, believe us!

We’re in awe of The Treasures Recovered from the Sun King at the Grand Palais

This is a historical event! For the very first time, the monumental tapestries commissioned by Louis XIV himself to decorate the Grand Gallery of the Louvre will be displayed together under the glass roof of the Grand Palais. These spectacular creations, each 9 meters wide, were meant to form a gigantic decorative ensemble, one of the most ambitious ever envisioned for a royal palace. However, due to the twists and turns of history, they were never installed and were scattered to the winds. So, for the first time, the 41 surviving tapestries will be showcased. But hurry, this only lasts for a week !

Meta - Zone Libre in Marseille, a community-run and self-funded space created by the fantastic folks from Métaphore Collectif, faced a police raid last September. Since then, the space has been under threat, raising concerns about the future of nightlife in Marseille and more broadly, alternative venues across France. But the collective is not backing down! They’re taking the fun outside with a series of support events, one of which will be happening this Friday at La Station - Gare des Mines.
