We're stocking up on fun at the Lyon train station square

For the next three weeks, the Lyon train station square is turning into a big, colorful pop festival! For its first edition, the Playground Festival has pulled out all the stops with a variety of activities to entertain the whole family: fun and creative culinary workshops with pancake and macaron customization, board game bar, various sports activities (darts, ping pong, hopscotch, maze, basketball, athletics track, fun ball games, petanque), photo booth... Gourmet food courts and food trucks will be available every day from 8am to 8pm, on site in the comfortable shaded terrace or to go, while free tastings will be offered daily by Häagen-Dazs, Lustucru, or Pasquier.

Let's have an aperitif with friends at the new Comptoir de Crème

After Crème, a well-known bistronomic table in the 18th arrondissement, Camille and Maxime have opened Le Comptoir, a new naughty den located less than a 10-minute walk from the first one, a kind of place to eat and drink heartily in the Jules-Joffrin neighborhood. On the menu, a cuisine of instinct and the moment, wines carefully selected by our hosts, all served in a cozy room with 30 seats, where you can stand at the counter or sit down. Our favorite? The arancini with 3 cheeses (parmesan/comté/emmental) that are super tasty or the croque monsieur with a twist.Mr. Truffle, Comté, Ham and Truffle Bechamel... A menu that will make you want to lick your fingers and never let go.
