Let's take your taste buds on a trip to Japan
Feeling like a true getaway? Head to Biwan, tucked away on Rue du Louvre under the concept store Irrashai, where you can savor a refined Japanese cuisine in the kaiseki style. In the evening, enjoy five-course tasting menus (55 € or 85 €), with poetic dishes like asparagus with kimizu, octopus simmered in sake, and marinated mushrooms with coffee. All perfectly paired with carefully selected sakes. It's a one-way ticket to Tokyo, without leaving Paris.
