We're savoring cocktails in a decor designed by Baccarat at Meurice

For the year-end celebrations, the Bar 228 at the Meurice hotel is adorned with crystal and becomes the Black Bar, thanks to an exclusive collaboration with Baccarat. A pioneer in crystal craftsmanship, this house brings an elegant decor to Meurice with black crystal creations, elevated by four specially crafted cocktails served in glasses imported directly from the Baccarat workshops. What's on the menu? The fruity and refreshing Mille Nuits, the indulgent and comforting Louxor, the lively and sparkling Massena, and the sweet and floral Harcourt. All accompanied by the highly truffle-infused sharing plates from Chef Clémentine Bouchon

Join us for a Saint-Jacques feast at Sélune!

Shellfish lovers, this is where the fun begins! Bérangère Fagart (Top Chef 14) invites you to her restaurant Sélune in the 11th for an all-Saint-Jacques evening. The goal? To highlight the efforts of small-scale fishers, raise awareness among Parisians about the product, and support sustainable fisheries. With a unique five-course menu, you’ll get to savor scallop carpaccio, scallops stuffed cabbage, and confit scallops with...tagète, Saint-Jacques with a delicate bard of lychees… then a dessert that moves (a bit) away from the sea with a pear infused with tea and a coral-vanilla ice cream. The good news? For those who won’t have the joy of joining us, Bérangère Fagart serves up this feast every last Thursday of January, February, and March.
