We're savoring colorful creations
Once again, Sushi Shop takes a bold leap with its current box. And once again, it’s an absolute success! This time, they’ve teamed up with the illustrator Margaux Motin to bring us 3 exclusive recipes. There are Salmon Aburi Rolls reimagined with seaweed confit, a vegetarian spring roll enhanced with a hint of dill, and a California tuna avocado roll elevated by hibiscus, cilantro, and a yuzu-miso mayo. Not to mention some thoughtfully chosen classics to round it all off – we love it!

Let's get hypnotized by the flamenco of Ruben Molina
This week, don’t miss out on La Salida, the new creation by Ruben Molina. The Spanish dancer blends contemporary and classical Iberian styles to create a universal language that goes beyond words. It's a cathartic piece where every gesture tells a story, a struggle, a liberation. La Salida (the exit) transforms into a beautiful escape, a sensory journey that celebrates invisible identities and paves the way for new experiences. An artistic slap, powerful and deeply human.
