Let’s indulge in a train journey to Ground Control

When we think of trains, we rarely think of fine dining. Yet, there was a time when food on board the bar cars was a serious affair. It is through these forgotten culinary practices that Ground Control invites you to travel until October 5th. On the agenda, a series of photographs straight from the archives of SNCF, from the Orient Express Endowment Fund.

and the group Newrest Wagons-Lits to trace the history of railway gastronomy from the mid-20th century to the present day.

Let’s go up high on the rooftop of Marta

Get ready to experience a truly timeless moment in an English-style garden suspended atop the Hôtel Fouquet’s. Head to the rooftop of Marta, a bubble of sweetness away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, yet right in the heart of the capital. Here, we focus on floral and fruity cocktails and indulging in the good life!Summer is here and it’s time for sharing plates that are just as delightful as they are vibrant. Our favorites? The "Passion Garden" made with Pisco Wagar, passion fruit, vanilla, and lime, which tastes almost like a dessert and brings just the right touch of exoticism, or the "Citrus Moon" that surprises us with a blend of flavors between gin, Dolin blanc vermouth, suze, yuzu, and peach. We pair it all with a plate of tomatoes, pesto, and mozzarella, or a basket of fresh vegetables, and we’re all set for an idyllic summer evening.
