Let's treat ourselves to the best tortelli in Paris at Salsamenteria di Parma!
With a rustic decor in warm colors, this Italian trattoria celebrates the specialties of a province rich in delights: Parma. There are tables scattered around, but the star is definitely the counter where we dive into big plates of charcuterie (Parma ham, culatello, coppa, mortadella), a lovely burrata, 24-month aged parmesan, perfectly golden polenta fries, and especially, delicious homemade fresh pasta – all kinds of stuffed tortelli, gnocchi, or impressive lasagna. We wash it all down with Lambrusco, served in bowls in the purest tradition of Parma!

This includes 4 venues in Île-de-France: Palais Garnier, Opéra Comique, Opéra Royal de Versailles, and Opéra de Massy. In short, the ultimate delight in a single bite. And no need to hop on the next flight to the UAE to enjoy it: Maurice Sfez and Yann Couvreur have decided to collaborate to bring us their version. We discover Words, the new show at the Théâtre de la Concorde
Clarice Lispector was long considered one of the most influential Brazilian authors of the 20th century – she refused to define her gender – often compared to Virginia Woolf or James Joyce, with works of surgical precision and reflections on gender and women’s conditions. The Brazilian playwright Luiz Fernando Lobo has chosen to adapt Words into a performance that engages all our senses and explores themes of womanhood, the unconscious, and exile. A theatrical disorder, in which actress Tuca Moraes completely surrenders to a resolutely explorative quest.intimate, where language, feelings, sounds, and light intertwine. Discover it right away at the Théâtre de la Concorde!
