Let's take advantage of the holiday to enjoy a quiet exhibition

Little-known figures, Otto and Adya van Rees are actually major artists of the 20th-century European avant-garde. For the first time, the Montmartre museum is shining a spotlight on them with a unique retrospective that highlights the evolution and richness of their works. It's a singular dialogue between two artists who constantly intertwined their private lives and their creations. A unique dive into the intertwined personal trajectories of two artists with intertwined destinies.

Chilling on the terrace for the reopening of Annette K's summer guinguette

Annette K is all our summer desires gathered in one place: open-air heated pool, coffee shop, gym, sauna, group sports classes, and of course, a guinguette and a club. Whether you want to blow off some steam and let go of all those buried frustrations or simply lounge in the sun, it’s hard to find a better spot. The good news? The barge is reopening for the sunny days this Friday, May 1st, with its guinguette that can accommodate up to 800 people and its huge terrace, giving you all the space you need to enjoy the dolce vita you deserve.

We brave the bad weather with a matcha ramen

With Parisians going wild for matcha, Karé has launched a totally unique limited edition recipe. Forget clear or creamy broths; this time, your noodles swim in a luscious green liquid. To create this, the chefs mix matcha powder with a chicken stock and pistachio paste (which adds all the creaminess to the broth). The bitterness of the tea beautifully contrasts with the umami flavors typical of ramen, all paired with tender pieces of duck breast and a perfectly runny soft-boiled egg. All that's left to do is slurp away!

Let's treat ourselves to a getaway at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte

We know that the Île-de-France region is bursting with architectural and historical gems, offering a cultural break away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. But when it’s raining, it’s time to skip the green spaces (which are stunning by the way) to explore breathtaking interiors. And it just so happens that the region is full of royal buildings waiting to be (re)discovered, like the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte. Why visit it? Well, first off, it’s incredibly impressive, whether it’s its architecture, its gardens, or its sumptuously decorated rooms. So beautiful that Louis XIV built Versailles just to compete with it. And also because its first owner, Nicolas Fouquet (who has... éte imprisoned due to the king's jealousy), is one of the men who could be hiding behind the famous legend of the man in the iron mask. It's definitely worth a little detour.

We're going to see Tame Impala in concert at the Accor Arena!

Kevin Parker, better known by his stage name Tame Impala, is undeniably one of the most influential voices of the past decade. With a unique sound that plays with transcendent and hybrid tones, this little genius from Australia wears many hats, proudly stepping in as a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, mixer, and engineer for all his projects. And to celebrate the release of his fifth album, Deadbeat – with the track “Dracula” echoing endlessly in our ears – the artist is embarking on a world tour with an astonishing show, making a stop in Paris this Sunday, on the legendary stage of the Accor Arena.
