Let's treat ourselves to a nice dinner at Minet Galant
Let’s check out our latest find in the Opéra neighborhood: Minet Galant. This is a typical Parisian restaurant with a menu that leans towards traditional cuisine, a lot of sincerity, and a sprinkle of modernity. You’ll find terrines, duck foie gras, and homemade pâtés en croûte – pride of our regions – as well as classic dishes from the capital like French onion soup topped with Emmental, Burgundy snails, Charolais beef tartare with fries, and of course, braised beef shoulder Bourguignon style, finished off with a sweet touch of red fruit Fontainebleau for dessert. The little extra? Minet Galant has also embraced summer and offers Spanish paella every Thursday evening, just the way we love it, to take your taste buds on a journey without leaving Paris!

We’re discovering the new fashion exhibition at the Palais Galliera
It seems crazy that no French cultural institution has dedicated its space to a special retrospective on Rick Owens until 2025. Considered too transgressive and not delicate enough, the designer had to be content with his 17 boutiques scattered throughout France to showcase his works. Today, the tide has turned, and the Fashion Museum is giving him the artistic direction of its new major exhibition. The stylist presents silhouettes, personal archives, and unique installations and candidly explains his personal and professional journey, from his early days to his international acclaim.

Discover the Paris Zoological Park in a whole new way with the Silent Zoo night events!
Summer is finally starting at the Paris Zoological Park! Every Thursday from July 17 to August 7, the park opens its doors after 6 PM, allowing us to observe all the animals at sunset, in their respective biozones. Travel from Patagonia to Madagascar, passing through the Amazon and Guyana, all with a drink in hand and headphones on, listening to a specially curated playlist by three DJs. We get to explore until 10 PM (with music, but without disturbing the animals) before heading to the plaza for a wonderfully festive evening with three different atmospheres, always “in silence,” until 1 AM!

Discover the delightful summer menu at Delano Café
This summer, the five-star Maison Delano hotel invites chef Paolo Minelli to work his magic in the kitchen of its famous restaurant. While the menu gets a refreshing makeover, the ambiance remains unchanged, featuring a charming intimate terrace for enjoying lovely moments and impeccable service to guide you through a variety of dishes blending vegetable flavors and seafood. We started simply with a refreshing tomato prepared in three textures, before indulging our occasional taste for luxury by ordering the salmon burger with caviar and lobster, a decadent dish packed with bold flavors, not overshadowed by the absolutely explosive lemon from Menton in a visual illusion. With its exquisite taste, dreamy setting, and attentive staff, the memory of that evening still delights our senses.

We're going to see an iconic play at the Théâtre des Béliers Parisiens!
The play by Mélodie Mourey, nominated five times at the Molières in 2023, continues to captivate the capital this summer! We find ourselves immersed in the heart of a political-journalistic thriller that is both unsettling and exhilarating. In the United States, a scandal involving the President has just broken out and is giving a hard time to the editorial team of the media New York Investigation. Meanwhile, journalist Julia Robinson believes she has spotted her partner, who passed away years ago, on a courthouse bench. Two mysteries intersect and confront journalists with a mass manipulation program. A brilliantly executed show that invites both reflection and thunderous applause.
