We're testing the new seafood and vegetable menu at Frame in a postcard-perfect setting
Unlimited amazing brunch, a rooftop lounge with fabulous cocktails, all while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower: as we’ve mentioned before, at Bonbon, we love to visit the Pullman Hotel at any hour of the day or night to rejuvenate our body and spirit. And it’s an invitation from Chef Alexandre Willaume, freshly appointed to head the Frame restaurant, that has encouraged us to step through its doors once again. To kick things off, we decided to indulge in a sashimi of s
ériole with wasabi topped with Thai dressing. A delight. Then, intrigued by a menu resolutely focused on plant-based options, we decided to try the Frame burger: a patty, bacon, cheddar, kimchi… but absolutely no trace of animal origin. The verdict? As indulgent as it is surprising. Finally, we couldn’t resist the perfectly grilled scallop, which highlighted its delicate seafood flavor. A dinner at the foot of the Iron Lady that once again proved that at Pullman, magic is always on the menu.Voir cette publication sur Instagram

Flexibility, isolation, productivity, loss of meaning... All these arguments will be examined live, with a sharp verdict at the end!
