We get lost in the mist at the Bourse du Commerce with Fujiko Nakaya's work

Japanese artist Fujiko Nakaya takes over the sumptuous rotunda of the Bourse de Commerce, designed by Tadao Ando, to offer us a fascinating staging. As part of the Chiaroscuro exhibition, she installs one of her celebrated and mysterious "fog sculptures" there. An enigmatic mist made of water vapor, sculpted using technical devices, fills the space to blur our perceptions and play with our senses. A dizzying work that gives us the impression of diving into a cloud.

We're obsessed with Ghido's chilled noodles

At Ghido, in the 10th arrondissement, summer is all about ultra-fresh flavors with Tsukemen. Here's how it works: homemade noodles served nice and cold for dipping in hot (but not scalding) broth, lovingly prepared from pork bones. The whole dish comes with two slices of chashu, nori, bamboo shoots, scallions, and spinach for a combo that's both comforting and refreshing. Craving even more chill? Go for the Ice Ponzu Noodles: cold noodles topped with a tangy ponzu sauce, served with chashu or tofu and even quA few ice cubes for an instant refreshing boost.

Grooving on Plantation's green rooftop

There are oases you don't see growing. Secrets that Paris hides away from the noise, high above the ring road. And then there's Plantation Paris, a 7,000 m² urban farm perched on the rooftops of the 18th arrondissement, inviting everyone to get their hands dirty and their hearts invested in what's on their plate. Vegetables growing in the sky, concerts, edible flowers, homemade hummus, inspiring talks and weekends spent breathing differently… Plantation Paris keeps on dreaming big, and after a well-deserved summer break, the team is back! What's on the agenda this Friday? A day party under the sunshine (hopefully!) with the jolly crew from Label District 10.
