On the Wednesdays of August 12, 19, and 26, Blandy-les-Tours castle in Seine-et-Marne is hosting a new edition of the Crénaux de la Nuit, its must-visit outdoor cinema under the stars. The lineup includes: three free evenings, three classic films, and a setting straight out of a medieval tale.
A giant screen? No, centuries-old ramparts!
Here, there's no white canvas stretched between two trees. The films are projected directly onto the impressive ramparts of the castle of Blandy. It's a pretty unique way to watch a movie, surrounded by towers, stones rich in history, and a summer sky that sparkles.

Starting at 8:30 PM, the castle gates open to the public. Then, as night falls, the projections come to life on the walls of this 13th-century fortress.
