Two Complementary Exhibitions

On one hand, these days will be a wonderful opportunity to dive into the collective exhibition of the institution, ECHO DELAY REVERB: American Art, Francophone Thoughts. It’s a unique dialogue between the French artistic scenes and American ones, shining a light on cultural exchanges and circulations. To achieve this, the works of around sixty artists—from all generations and using all kinds of media—will be gathered until February 2nd within the institution.

On the other hand, you can dive into the unique artistic universe of Melvin Edwards, thanks to a truly moving tribute monograph. Within its various spaces, the Palais de Tokyo showcases the powerful, committed, and poetic work of the Afro-American artist, centered around the themes of memory, cultural transmission, identity, and the power of forms. Raw, metallic sculptures that will leave no one indifferent.
