No Experience, Just Skills
As the European Commission points out, the campaign is open to everyone who wishes to participate, as they are looking for people from diverse backgrounds. The only criteria to meet are: you must be a citizen of one of the EU member states and enjoy all your civic rights; speak fluent one official EU language and have a satisfactory knowledge of another; and hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with your diploma awarded no later than September 30, 2026.

Candidates will need to complete online reasoning tests, EU knowledge tests, and numerical skills tests, before writing a free text on European issues.
