At Capsule, the concept is simple: a short, effective menu, that doesn't bother with extravagant twists in every direction. White asparagus and citrus mousseline, deviled eggs, Bonifacienne-style eggplant or marinated butcher's cut with spices, here, we know what we're going to eat. And yet, that doesn't stop us from being surprised with every bite. Beyond the superb, colorful presentations, each plate is a pure delight, where spices are carefully used, cooking is mastered to perfection, and sauces are executed impeccably by Michael, a former three-star chef who now works behind the stoves at Capsule.
From the appetizer to the dessert, we're spoiled for choice and let me tell you, we're amazed with every new bite. The trick? Don't hesitate to share your plates with your friends, for a double dose of pleasure.

More than just absolutely incredible cuisine (we haven't even talked about the Paris-Brest from the house yet, but believe us, it's worth it), it's a super joyful concept that awaits you at Capsule. Because the project behind this restaurant is also about pleasing people with quality products, especially seasonal ones, all locally sourced, and mostly within 250 km of the capital! An enticing (and extensive) offer, led by two friends with infectious good humor. Impeccable service, perfect recommendations – especially when it comes to choosing a wine from the very nice wine list – and little jokes that make you happy, you feel good from start to finish.
