From the decor to the plate, everything is designed to immerse the diner in a total and enchanting experience. Several atmospheres are created to make us discover the jungle from all angles: sometimes lush, sometimes in the midst of a downpour, before the storm gives way to a blue sky and colorful vegetation... Jungle Palace even takes us into the heart of the night, in a jungle with phosphorescent vegetation worthy of Avatar.

You can even observe a few bioluminescent jellyfish floating in the air, and the energy of the trees traversing branches, leaves, and roots. A moment out of time that takes us a thousand leagues away from the capital for a lunch or dinner.
Generous and exotic plates
To be completely honest, we didn't expect much in terms of cuisine given the spectacular means used to immerse us in the decor, but let me tell you, we were pleasantly surprised. Apart from two Italian intruders on the menu, executive chef Laurélia Constenzia offers exotic cuisine inspired by South American gastronomy. and seasonal, which promises to take you on a journey and delight you.
On the menu: crispy alloco, shrimp curry, roasted sea bass in banana leaf, and weeping tiger. And for dessert, a generous caramel-soaked french toast with Madagascan vanilla custard and a comforting banoffee, to be (almost) enjoyed without hunger.

Love at first sight for the tacos filled with perfectly shredded confit beef and their little sauce made of tomato, bell pepper, and onion (inspired by Argentine criolla) as an appetizer, and for the colorful ceviche with mango and sweet potato, perfect for those who love sweet and savory flavors.
As for the drinks, the bar menu doesn't disappoint with its selection of original cocktails created by the chef bartender. We loved "Exploration", made with Bombay Original gin, elderflower, lemongrass, lychee, and verjus, very smooth, and "Tropical spritz", an exotic version of the famous cocktail with vanilla, passion fruit, and mango. Honorable mention goes to the "Batida Indiana", a bit too sweet for our taste, but its Piranha flower-shaped container will definitely catch your attention...
