A menu with many influences
What can you taste there? Authentic Levantine dishes that chef Or Bitan has mastered, made from local, high-quality, and seasonal ingredients, of course. Blending the culinary influences of Israel and Tunisia that she grew up with, the chef offers a unique menu bursting with flavors, where spices and condiments create the perfect harmony.

A menu that truly varies between lunch and dinner. At lunchtime, you can find durums with options like lamb, fish, kefta, chicken, or veggie on the menu, but when dinner rolls around, it’s all about the mezzés and shared plates.
Light, flavorful, and delicious dishes
Even though the whole menu is tempting, you have to make a choice, and we suggest going for four shared plates that are perfect for two. Our absolute favorites? Here they are: the grilled eggplant that’s incredibly creamy, served with tahini and tomato salsa, the tasty crushed potatoes with parmesan, and of course, the Muhammara, that Lebanese sauce made from roasted red peppers and spices, perfect for spreading on a generous slice of homemade focaccia.

sweet touch, we can’t resist the Rhubarbara, made with yogurt mousse and feta, pistachios, honey, and rhubarb.
