What can you enjoy here? Authentically Levantine dishes that Chef Or Bitan keeps secret, made with top-notch local, quality, and seasonal ingredients, of course. Blending gastronomic influences from Israel and Tunisia, the chef offers a unique menu bursting with flavors, where spices and condiments come together in perfect harmony.

A menu that, indeed, varies between lunch and dinner. At lunch, you'll find durums — lamb, fish, kefta, chicken, or veggie — on the menu, but when dinner rolls around, it’s time for mezzés and sharing plates.
Light, zesty, and delicious dishes
While the entire menu is tempting, a choice must be made, and it revolves around four sharing plates for two people. Our absolute favorites? Here they are: the grilled eggplant that’s incredibly creamy, served with tahini and tomato salsa, the delicious crushed potatoes topped with parmesan, and also the Muhammara, a Lebanese dip made with roasted red peppers and spices, which you can spread on a generous slice of house-made focaccia.
