A Menu That Awakens the Senses
At Haikara, every dish is an invitation to travel, and the menu, as bold as it is delicious, promises to make your mouth water. Try the Haikara-style okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake reimagined with crispy bacon, white cabbage, leek, homemade mayo, and Bulldog sauce. Feeling like trying the classics? The XXL beef gyozas, lovingly stuffed, burst with flavor, especially when dipped in their homemade sauce.

And if you love originality, the steam ray wings, served with a spicy ponzu sauce enhanced with chili oil, are a perfect blend of sweetness and heat. The journey continues with crispy and light fish tempuras, to be dipped in a subtly flavored soy sauce. Special mention goes to the marinated, grilled chicken tsukune meatballs that are so tender they almost feel indecent.
An explosion of freshness
It's impossible to talk about Haikara without mentioning its sashimi and fish of impeccable quality and freshness. Here, chef Sho Miyashita takes pride in working with exceptional products. The sashimis, cut with precision and served with a subtle seasoning, literally melt in your mouth. Tuna, salmon, dorade… each species celebrates freshness and Japanese craftsmanship. You will need to part with a little cash (33€) to enjoy it (and be sure you're not intolerant to fish).
