The breakfast, we’ve been told enough since childhood, is the most important meal of the day. Yet, even in the capital, it’s not always easy to find a place that offers healthy, varied, and affordable options. This is the challenge that inspired Jordan to create Core. A warm and welcoming place where everyone can satisfy their cravings, from breakfast to snack time. And one thing is for sure, the result exceeds expectations. With the help of a chef and two baristas, he offers us snacks and meals thoughtfully crafted with a chef who has worked in the kitchens of Pierre Gagnaire and a nutritionist specializing in sports.

Here, good and healthy work together

From sandwiches to smoothies, not to mention pastries and cold-pressed juices, each recipe is made with raw, seasonal ingredients.

on, and especially those that make you feel good, both in body and mind. To maintain the balance between the healthy and the delicious, the team surrounds itself with the best, like the baker who supplies all the starred restaurants in the 11e. And the result is undeniable, it’s truly divine. We loved the sandwich Green Fjord with smoked trout (much more eco-friendly and French than salmon), the waffle made with tapioca flour, the Recover smoothie with peanut butter and cinnamon, and the carrot cake — made without refined sugar, just like all the sweet creations. In short, here, there are no bad choices.

A Unique Atmosphere

To top it all off, beyond just a quality offering, Core is a stunning setting where you could happily linger for hours. With warm colors, mirrors, exposed stone, raw wood (including a beam straight from the Bastille prison), and a perfectly balanced seventies vibe, we are totally in love. Our favorite feature? The patchwork sofa on the upper floor, making it our new favorite spot in Paris.
