Trained at a hotel school and having worked at places like Nanashi, William knows the ropes. His story begins during the lockdown, almost by accident. « I'm an old person, I don't know how to cook.» This phrase comes from one of his elderly neighbors in the 19th district, for whom William starts preparing meals every day. Colorful bowls of vegetarian, meaty, or iodized delights!

At its core, La Cantinière isn't just a canteen. It's a story of wonderful encounters. The "little old man," as he affectionately calls himself, still makes his way to William regularly to fill his belly with colorful bowls of goodness. Isn't life beautiful?
