A colorful decor that invites you to travel, innovative and exquisite flavors, unlimited indulgence… Boubalé, the restaurant of the hotel Le Grand Mazarin, promised us the most unforgettable getaway, and they delivered! Since March 2025, the must-visit Levantine restaurant located in the Marais offers a new version of its brunch every Sunday . Say goodbye to buffets or minimalist options… Here, it’s a three-course brunch where sunny flavors meet vibrant colors, all served just for you. We hope you’re hungry!

A Mediterranean-Inspired Brunch 

If there's one thing we can never say no to, it's extending the vacation vibe, even if just for a few hours. So, naturally, when we step through the doors of Boubalé and find ourselves surrounded by warm Mediterranean decor, we’re instantly charmed!

But it's once you have the menu in front of you that the magic truly happens. At Boubalé, we step away from the traditional brunch to offer you a genuine culinary experience, thoughtfully designed in three acts and crafted by the Chef Nathan Kessous. It all begins with a generous basket of crispy pastries, fresh bread, and jams, accompanied by a hot drink, freshly squeezed fruit juice, a welcome shot — alcohol-free, of course — and a little savory starter of the day, created based on the Chef's inspiration and the seasonal ingredients.  


Between creativity and indulgence

Feeling full already? Allow yourself to be surprised, the experience only gets better. Now it's time for the second act, where you get to choose from eight dishes on the menu. The Chef has carefully crafted each dish.

Inspired by the great classics of brunch like pancakes, eggs benedict, or avocado toast, we’ve reimagined them in a unique way, adding that little Mediterranean and Levantine twist that’s just as bold as it is delicious.

This dish is accompanied by a cocktail of your choice, crafted by our in-house mixologist: Espresso Martini or Gin Tonic for the traditionalists; Reinvented Mimosa (Taittinger brut champagne, orange-clementine-turmeric cordial) for the adventurous; or Bloody Mary to mix up yourself DIY style for the creative ones. 

Be sure to save room for the sweet touch that follows, as any good meal must end with a dessert. So, for this third course, we have a selection of treats to share, changing with the seasons. It's the perfect way to wrap up this delightful culinary experience and leave you eager to come back the following Sunday.
