From June 17th to July 4th, the very first Paris Burger Week took place. It was a delicious and unique culinary event, dedicated to the celebration of burgers. With an average consumption of about 18 hamburgers per person per year, the French are among the biggest consumers of this German-origin sandwich. Creating an event dedicated to burgers was therefore a natural choice for the food lovers of the capital.
The best Burger in Paris is: Goiko!
During the Paris Burger Week, the jury consisted of the capital's food enthusiasts. Everyone had the chance to taste each of the 23 burgers in competition and vote online for their favorite recipe. The grand winner of this first edition was none other than Goiko, with their special Olé burger created just for the occasion!
