A rooftop spot we adore, with Paris as the stunning backdrop and plates that smell like sunshine. At Top, it’s this suspended address above the Marais where the sky flirts with the kitchens, and every dish tastes like a vacation. Unbeatable view, expertly managed fire, and magical ambiance guaranteed.
A magical view of all Paris
Nestled on the 7th floor of an old industrial building, this convertible rooftop restaurant sets the stage for wonder from the moment you arrive. You pass through a discreet courtyard, take an almost secret elevator... and there it is, magic. Paris stretches out as far as the eye can see, from the Pompidou Center to Notre-Dame, with a soft atmosphere and twinkling fairy lights that transform the place into a suspended garden.
Retractable glass walls, cozy benches, soft lights, and a stunning centerpiece: a green Italian marble counter that catches everyone's eye. It's behind this gem that the show takes place. Pastry, bar, and open kitchen come together, featuring a brasero and an oven that turn every dish into a spectacle. It crackles, it sizzles, it smells divine… It's hard not to have eyes bigger than your stomach.
A cuisine that smells like the Mediterranean
And what’s on the plate? Ultra-sourced ingredients, masterfully cooked, with a southern twist. Plates to share (or not) that radiate generosity and the taste of fire. You’ll be tempted by melting eggplants with miso, grilled octopus over wood fire, or spiced confit lamb. For those with a sweet tooth, the brioche French toast with salted caramel has everyone agreeing.
