Don't worry, your taste buds will be thrilled because LOUISE has created around forty flavors to discover in-store according to the season: salted caramel, raspberry, freshly squeezed lemon, passion fruit, chocolate-hazelnut, violet, dark chocolate, Sicilian pistachio, coconut milk, strawberry, mango, hazelnut praline, mixed berries… there’s something for everyone, and every year, exciting new flavors join the delightful lineup. This year, LOUISE has decided to go even bigger with the arrival of the Éclat Mystère. What is it? The new dessert that will melt you with pleasure. Imagine a classic cone, except at the bottom, there's a delicate layer of salted caramel. Add a scoop of fresh milk ice cream topped with a mix of caramelized almonds and hazelnuts, with a touch of creamy whipped cream on top, and you've got the most delicious sweet treat. A tasty combination of flavors and textures that evolves with the seasons, making you fall in love all year round!

The quality of products as a top priority

At LOUISE, the ice creams are 100% artisanal and French. That's non-...In Narbonne, at an artisanal ice cream shop located in Lézignan-Corbières, in the Aude region, LOUISE creates her frozen delights. Here, nothing is left to chance: from eggs to sugar, every single ingredient is sourced with care from all corners of the country. The milk, for instance, comes from Marg’Aude farm, a small producer located less than 80 km from the workshops. It is pasteurized on-site and transformed into ice cream within 48 hours after milking! The sorbets, on the other hand, are made with fruits primarily produced in France, from the Rhône valley. As for exotic products (vanilla, passion fruit...), they are of course grown abroad but are selected with great attention. You’ll have to let us know what you think!
