Don't worry, there will be plenty to delight your taste buds because Louise has developed around forty flavors, to be discovered in the showcase according to the season: salted caramel, raspberry, freshly squeezed lemon, passion fruit, hazelnut chocolate, violet, mango, dark chocolate, Sicilian pistachio, coconut milk, strawberry, mango, hazelnut praline... there is something for everyone. The little extra? Each year, new flavors are added to the lovely list, and this year, we can indulge in matcha tea balls, strawberry-rhubarb, and our favorite, orange blossom-poppy. All to be enjoyed in a pot, cone, or milkshake - made fresh with homemade whipped cream.

Glacier in Paris: Louise Glaces

The making of ice creams is purely French and artisanal. It is not far from Narbonne, in an artisanal ice cream shop located in Lézignan-Corbières, in the Aude region, that Louise creates her frozen delights. Nothing is left to chance there: from eggs to sugar, every raw material is carefully sourced and as locally as possible. For example, the milk comes from the Marg'Aude farm, a small producer located less than 80 km from the workshops. It is then pasteurized on site, before being turned into ice cream. The sorbets, on the other hand, are made with fruits mainly produced in France, in the Rhône Valley. As for exotic products (vanilla, passion fruit...), they are of course grown abroad, but are selected with great care.

Beyond ice cream, Louise also makes crepes on site, as well as her own macarons, made in a workshop in Gers and crafted according to the French artisanal tradition by skilled pastry chefs. Sold individually or in boxes of 6 or 12, with a crispy shell, a perfectly melting heart, and a variety of flavors, you are going to be in heaven. You'll have to tell us all about it!
