Looking for a warm and inviting place that will make everyone happy at last? Well, look no further! Here, the idea is simple: you get to make your own plate from a fantastic selection of fresh, local products. And then, it's time to enjoy a feast! Following the footsteps of our successful first four locations in Paris, 17.45 has now opened its doors at Chemin Vert with Paul leading the way. As soon as you step inside, Paul welcomes you with a big smile and a special menu just for you. Because here, you are the creative genius behind your own meal masterpiece.cheese cutting at the 17.45 restaurant in Paris

Once you're comfortably settled into one of the cozy sofas or high tables, Paul will guide you through the history of each delightful cheese, while presenting a menu of charcuterie and cheese for you to choose from. You'll discover that Timanoix, a Breton delicacy, is aged in an abbey and has a walnut liqueur finish that gives it a unique flavor. Or you might learn that the spicy Morcilla is a Spanish black pudding from Salamanca. With such knowledge, you'll soon become a true connoisseur. And if you're feeling indecisive, there are pre-selected cheese boards available for different party sizes.

Because we are not just savages, we also choose some fresh vegetables and spreads that are suitable for each season. Onion confit or black cherry jam to enhance your cheese toast, pickles for your rillettes, tapenade, nuts, or carrots and cucumbers to refresh your palate. A big part is also given to anti-waste efforts: "We try to limit waste as much as possible, select local and seasonal products, bread and vegetables come from neighborhood stores, all of this contributes to a deliberate eco-responsible approach," Paul tells us.

We wash it all down with good drinks, carefully selected by the chef on site. Wines from small producers but also good craft beers. A sweet touch to end this culinary experience beautifully? One piece of advice: don't leave without trying the homemade desserts, we loved the lemon meringue (of which only they hold the recipe).Hello! How are you doing today? I hope you are feeling great!

With generosity and warmth as their motto, 17.45 offers other delights according to the seasons, to melt with pleasure. We are currently enjoying unlimited fondue (€22) every Monday, raclette, and even the roasted camembert with pesto and garlic, or with truffles - all creamy and delicious. Available until the end of March, it's pure happiness for the taste buds. There are even whispers that a brunch could make its appearance in the coming weeks...
