Get ready for a fun-filled weekend at the Freestyle Extra festival! On June 22 and 23, Parisians are invited to come together and celebrate urban cultures in a big way. From shows to dance, music to fashion, street art to sports, there's something for everyone to enjoy as part of the Cultural Olympiad. This year, the festival will be divided into two parts and two spaces. During the day, head over to the Prairie du Cercle Nord, and as the sun sets, the party moves to Le Périphérique. The program is packed with excitement! With the Olympic and Paralympic Games just around the corner, the festival is buzzing with energy and inspiration. Talented performers will grace the stage on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, offering a mix of outdoor artistic and sporting displays. Keep an eye out for the Kiaï company, who will wow the crowd with their performance of Pulse, a mesmerizing aerial ballet featuring 6 heads, 12 arms, and 12 legs moving in perfect harmony. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant urban culture of Paris. Come join us at Freestyle Extra for a weekend of fun and festivities!

Hey culture lovers! If you're looking for something exciting, don't miss out on the photographic exhibition Singeli 2 the world. This amazing series was launched in February 2024 in the lively heart of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania's capital. It gives you a peek into the dancefloors, studios, and cultural hotspots of singeli, all beautifully captured by Vanessa Mwingira. And that's not all! You'll also get to admire the talent of painters Amsted, Zeko, and David Bruce. They'll be painting murals on the 18,000 m2 lawn... live! Exciting news for our young audience too! The association Cap vers les étoiles has a special program lined up, featuring fun activities for kids and young athletes. From Baby Basket to Baby Golf, Baby Trampoline, propulsion boats, and even Little Capoeira - kids as young as 4 will have a blast at Little Villette. Let the fun begin!

... before festive evenings!

As night falls, head to Le Périphérique to make way for energetic and colorful evenings. Among the events not to be missed, the international electro battle by My Summer Frequency and the roller party Wheelz and Feet.

To set this party place on fire for two consecutive nights, La Villette gives carte blanche to Nyege Nyege! A trailblazing and trendsetting collective, whose name means "a sudden uncontrollable urge to dance" - and that speaks to us -, infuses the electrifying energy of African electronic music. With international fame, four groups from the collective will perform live and will know how to liven up our nights. Finally, bars and food trucks will be there to spread out all over to complete this already explosive lineup and fend off hunger pangs. You got it, the Freestyle Extra festival has thought of everything. See you there?
