This is the festival that lights up our summer and has the talent to always surprise us year after year. Pete the Monkey once again invites thousands of festival-goers to Normandy on the weekend of July 14th for 3 days of music, partying, and creative experiences in nature, just a stone's throw away from the sea.

We're not afraid to say it: Pete the Monkey is one of Bonbon's favorite festivals and we never miss an opportunity to go there. Every year, Pete is a chance to have fun in an idyllic environment, see our favorite emerging artists of the moment on stage, and participate in increasingly wild activities. This summer, Pete is transforming itself once again to come back even stronger with a brand new scenography.


A theme around the zodiac signs

"For its 12th edition, Pete the Monkey opens the doors of heaven. A new world where everything is possible. A world where nature becomes virgin again. Where we swing from performances to conferences, like a fish towards water. Under the stars, a scent of holidays wanders. It's no longer about keeping silent but about roaring like a lion. Festival-goers embrace each other and their light troubles disappear. This year, Pete sets sail for laughter and takes the bull by the horns. It takes you up to the early morning, where the bodies sleep and everything starts over." The planets are finally aligned," reads the statement from the Pete the Monkey 2024 festival.

A mysterious and very enticing message that promises beautiful experiences around the signs of the zodiac. Enough to really excite our festivalgoer souls (and budding astrologers).

The first names announced 

Attention, once again this year, the lineup announces some heavy hitters! Altin Gün - Baby’s Berserk - Bonnie Banane - Choses Sauvages - David Numwami - Didi Han - Dov’e Liana - Fat Dog - Finn Foxell - Joe Unknown - Los Mirlos - Maruja - Saint DX - Sirens of Lesbos - Voyou - Yoa and many more are expected to delight our ears.


A bunch of new things 

In addition to the concerts, Pete the Monkey will provide its usual activities that make it our favorite festival, and more. There will be a sauna (nude) for the cool nights, and cold baths. A "Temple of Possibilities" where a multitude of sessions on astrology, collective intelligence, art therapy, yoga, massage take place... Pete aims to be a large playground where children's workshops, dance classes and performances, acrobatic strolls, sports challenges, and much more mingle.The magical installations are back. And this year, one of the new features will be the Comedy Club, for stand-up acts that focus on committed humor that doesn't take itself too seriously.©Etienne Boulanger


A Festival Rewarded for its Eco-Responsibility

Resolutely eco-responsible, the festival is once again partnering with the Bolivian association Comunidad Inti Wara Yassi (CIWY), which rescues animals that are victims of deforestation and illegal trafficking. At the same time, they are adopting an eco-responsible charter that applies to every stage of the event, from its planning to its dismantling, in order to reduce its ecological footprint in terms of energy, waste, transportation, food, and water.
