The Editor

Once autumn arrives, Montmartre has more than a few tricks up its sleeve to surprise us. Besides the famous Grape Harvest Festival taking over the iconic neighborhood from October 8 to 12, Montmartre promises to get our hearts racing to the rhythm of culture with the upcoming Montmartre Festival 2025, set to take place from September 25 to 28. From Abbesses to Goutte d’Or, you'll have the chance to stroll through various streets transformed into true open-air stages dedicated to art and contemporary creation.

Montmartre, an open-air cultural scene

What to expect? Discover Montmartre transformed into a spectacular open-air venue. Concerts, exhibitions, screenings, guided tours, various performances, and creative workshops will take over the streets, galleries, parks, and little shops of the neighborhood to offer you four immersive artistic days. You can look forward to the Echomusée, Unis vers l'art, le Pouple, Square Léon, the 34, Madame Arthur, the Arenes de Montmartre, Place des Abbesses, and the Bar à bulles, all hosting unique artistic events.

Memorable evenings ahead

The best news of all? This festival is free and open to everyone!

Hello everyone. The goal is to highlight the diversity of the artistic world, but also to emphasize ecological commitment, which plays a vital role in organizing this festival. And to kick things off in style, we’ll meet on September 25th, starting at 6:30 PM, at the Lubliner Art Studio for an electrifying opening evening featuring the presentation of The Spirit Lamp, a sound piece co-created by Chrystabell and David Lynch. Don’t miss it—this piece will only be performed 22 times around the world!
