Ready to vibe high during the Hyper Weekend? For three days and three nights, Radio France will be completely taken over by the event, from the Studio 104 to the Auditorium and even the 22nd floor of the tower, complete with a stunning view of the capital!
This fourth edition, still inspired by the prestigious musical director Didier Varrod, is pulling out all the stops with unique creations, encounters between different musical worlds, and a tribute to young talents. “You’ll see things you’ve never seen before, and that you won’t see ever again,” he playfully teases us: a sneak peek at the always refined programming.
Jorja Smith, Chilly Gonzales, Bilal Hassani…
Well-known among Parisian night owls, the Hyper Weekend celebrates creativity and invites a host of artists to showcase their uniqueness!
eacute; to propose unique musical projects for three days. This year, there are 16 who have accepted the invitation to create an original work designed exclusively for the festival, « never seen in the history of the festival », celebrates Didier Varrod.

Among the exciting new events, we have the performance of Jorja Smith alongside the Philharmonic Orchestra of Radio France, “an opening to the international scene that we simply can’t pass up,” says the musical director. There’s also the engaging intervention of pianist and singer Chilly Gonzales with his concept of "chamber rap" accompanied by a chamber orchestra, as well as a special tribute to Renaud performed by Belgian artist Noé Preszow. Voyou, YOA, Laura Cahen, Bilal Hassani, and Sopico are also part of the lineup, all driven by a single guiding principle: eclecticism, spanning from pop to rap, and from electro to instrumental music.
Providing a platform for artists
And Tomorrow
In 2025, the Hyper Weekend Festival continues its mission to discover new talents from the French music scene with its "Already Tomorrow" stage, where over ten young artists will find their footing right in front of the audience and, who knows, may capture many hearts along the way. The line-up has already been revealed: Michelle & Les Garçons, Sébastien Delage, Yadē, Gonzy, and Marie Klock will perform on the Foyer C stage. And the good news : each concert is free, making it possible to « continue our public service mission of offering very accessible prices », explains Didier Varrod.

A ballroom for battling it out
Finally, after the successful launch of its Ballroom in 2024, the Maison de la Radio et de la Musique invites the LGBTQI+ community to an open stage presented by Vinii Revlon, a prominent figure in the voguing scene. « This year, the ballroom is coming back with a different system, in the form of battles », explains Didier Varrod, who also reveals the program for these upcoming events : Hyper Battle and All Style 4 All, echoing the inclusive spirit of the festival. So, on Friday, January 24, and Sunday, January 26, queer and racialized individuals are invited to gather in this « safe place » where dancers, whether beginners or seasoned pros, will battle it out!
