The Editor

Once summer arrives in Paris, you can’t help but get swept away by music festivals and film events. And it's perfect timing because from July 4th to 8th, Dolcevita-sur-Seine is making its grand return for the 4th edition in the capital, at the Arènes de Lutèce, to blend both arts and more! Organized by the Palatine association, this will be a fantastic opportunity to highlight the richness of cinema, music, photography, and theater from the Boot, all during five festive days. By the way, entry is free!

A Double Festival in Paris and Rome

A festival in Paris, but so much more! “2 cities, 1 celebration, 2 festivals” is the motto of this exciting event. From July 4 to 8, alongside the Dolcevita-sur-Seine festival in Paris, we’ll also have the New Wave sul Tevere festival happening simultaneously in Rome, shining a spotlight on the twinning of the two capitals. The goal? To offer a cross-programming experience: France will light up Rome, while Italy will take center stage in Paris. And what better place than the Arenes de Lutèce, an ancient amphitheater with a Roman soul, to host such an event?

Celebrating the Romano-Parisian Friendship

While Dolcevita-sur-Seine promises to be a festive and grand festival, it truly showcases a desire to share both cultures, a spirit that has been alive since the exclusive twinning of the two cities in 1956. The two festivals are a delightful ode to culture and the friendship between two cities and two countries. On site, you'll find 450 deck chairs to relax in, as well as a pop-up bar with immersive decor, ensuring a moment of pure dolce vita. Are you coming?
