A free festival dedicated to Korean culture is coming to Paris

The Land of the Morning Calm is setting up for a short weekend in Paris with the Rendez-vous en Corée festival. An immersion in the history and culture of the country with workshops, conferences, shows, and tastings. 

Attention to all Parisian fans of K-Pop, K-Dramas, K-Beauty, or K-Food... The Forum des Halles is about to host an event that will make you want to travel! The Rendez-vous en Corée Festival will take place on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23 in the heart of the capital with lots of animations, performances, and tastings. The best part? It's completely free and open to everyone!


K-Culture at the heart of the Forum des Halles

Organized by the Korean National Tourism Office, this little weekend invites us to a true immersion in Korean history and culture with a bunch of fun activities to do with family or friends. The festivities include K-Beauty makeup sessions; workshops on making Buddhist lanterns, traditional games, and calligraphy; and a K-Food tasting corner. Get ready to experience Korea without leaving Paris!Unreleased shows with covers of major K-Pop hits; tons of dance classes; and even tastings of cocktails with typical Korean flavors. A way to travel the world without even leaving Paris!

But beyond just having fun all weekend, the festival also provides us with the best tips for organizing our next trip to Korea. To do this, the event invites us to board a Korean Air flight and test their first-class seats (just to feel like we're already on our way). But we.will also have the right to a talk and a travel story from the influencer family Bestjobers, conferences on the Korean language, and quizzes to test your knowledge of tourism with lots of prizes to be won.
