It's decided: this 2025 school year will be all about celebration, art, and activism. Is there an event in Paris that brings all this together? Absolutely! On Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21, the Burning festival is making its exciting return to the capital. For this fourth edition, the feminist, intersectional, and inclusive collective behind the festival invites you to la Bellevilloise in the 20th arrondissement. Get ready to experience two days of celebration, expression, and creativity!

A sparkling and committed festival
So, what is Burning? It’s a festival that stands out, breaks the mold, and gets things moving. Through a variety of events — from concerts to talks, including stand-up, tattoo sessions, exhibitions, and even a committed marketplace — the festival showcases all the beauty, richness, and diversity of the feminist and queer artistic scene in France, ever since it started back in 2020. And of course, it brings together some amazing people!

There will be plenty of amazing artists present! On the expo side, the creations of Flore Faucheux, Ophélie Loubat, Tristane Mesquita, Silina Syan and many others will be showcased during the two days. On the marketplace side, you can look forward to Saule, Hopknsx, Katja TDF, Le Génie Club, and Éditions de la Terrasse joining us. As for tattoos, they will be provided by Opalien and Koktel Sombre on Saturday, and Zeca TTT and Maad Muse on Sunday.
Exceptional live performances
And that’s not all! Two talks will be held featuring prestigious guests: “Protect the dolls, when artists ally with the Trans cause” on Saturday,
And « Contouring the patriarchy, makeup, from obligation to defiance » on Sunday. Various performances will be provided by Angelica Stratrice, Vénus Noire, Audrey Baldassaré, and many other artists.

Want a little music vibe? You’re in luck! On Saturday, September 20th, Grenoka, Güner Künier, Mysie, and DJ Bisou & Louisa will be performing live before passing the stage to Iris2000, Tratenwald, Carla Genus, and Le Talu on Sunday. And because the Burning festival lights up the Parisian scene by day and night, get ready for some DJ sets in the night from Saturday to Sunday. Louise Petrouchka b2b Naomi, Paloma Colombe, Laze, and the Collectif Misantropical will take turns at the decks to get you dancing and make Burning 2025 an absolutely unforgettable edition.
