In autumn 2016, La Place was born under the canopy of the Halles. On the menu, 1400 m² dedicated exclusively to urban cultures, which were thriving at the time. Since then, the venue has kept us buzzing to the beat of today and tomorrow's rap scene. And to feel the heartbeat of this vibrant space, what better way than to organize a special event inviting emerging artists to celebrate rap, its artists and its audience? To be part of this amazing event, join us from October 8th to 11th right in the heart of Paris.
A showcase of young talents
For 4 days, head over to the canopy of the Forum des Halles, on indoor and outdoor stages, to soak up young talents. And here, no tricks, they are all extraordinary in their own way. We kick things off on Wednesday the 8th with 47MEOW, DIDDI TRIX, LAWSKIE, and VENOM CZ. On Thursday the 9th, it’s time for AKELA, IGO, and JAURÈS. And p

And on Friday the 10th, a very special evening awaits you, with the return of LOXYMORE ON STAGE. An unmissable event that showcases the new musical wave from the Caribbean and Guyana, presenting some young Caribbean artists on the rise: STL, Zoe Lucy, FLW (T-BTS), Reyel Ay. Between trap, drill, and boom bap, it's going to be an incredible night!Influences from electronic or Afro styles will each prove in their own way that rap is more alive and unifying than ever.
