In autumn 2016, La Place came to life under the canopy of the Halles. On the menu, 1400 m² dedicated exclusively to urban cultures, which were on the rise. Since then, the place has continually made us groove to the beat of today’s and tomorrow’s rap scene. And to get a feel for it, what better way than to organize a special event, inviting emerging artists to celebrate rap, its artists and its audience? To join this incredible event, see you from October 8 to 11 in the heart of Paris.
A showcase of young talents
For 4 days, head to the canopy of the Forum des Halles, on indoor and outdoor stages, to soak up young talents. And here, no tricks, they are all amazing in their own way. We kick off on Wednesday the 8th with 47MEOW, DIDDI TRIX, LAWSKIE and VENOM CZ. On Thursday the 9th, get ready for AKELA, IGO and JAURÈS. And p
finishing off in style on Saturday the 11th, we'll meet with JEUNE MORT, 34MURPHY, MEECH20X50 and SHINOBIHANA.
And on Friday the 10th, an extra special evening awaits you, featuring the return of LOXYMORE ON STAGE. A must-see event, showcasing the new musical wave from the Caribbean and Guyana, presenting more up-and-coming Caribbean artists on the rise: STL, Zoe Lucy, FLW (T-BTS), Reyel Ay. With trap, drill, boom bap, electronic influences, and afro vibes, they will each show in their own way that rap is more alive and unifying than ever.
A free concert
As the cherry on top, Centrale Place will offer an immense free concert outdoors. Join us on Saturday, October 11th starting at 5 PM, to enjoy L2B!
