In the pretty street of Poitou, now emblematic of the Haut Marais, hides a somewhat special optician. Opened a few months ago by two incredible gals, Fauve breaks the codes of optics to offer us a unique experience. In this trendy and welcoming place, we find frames imagined by the two Parisians, made in France and of high quality. Plus, we benefit from their wise advice and all this at a fair price. Shall we meet there for back-to-school time?

Clémence and Raphaëlle, opticians, have thought of everything and have used their expertise and good taste to create Fauve and dazzle us: "For nearly a year and a half, we have imagined high-end frames that we now have manufactured in Jura." That's it, we're convinced. We sit around the magnificent table in the middle of the shop, hoping to find a hidden gem. On the menu, the 19 unisex models - sometimes timeless, sometimes more original - are available in several colors. "For our creations, we were inspired by the 50s and 70s, and we will certainly vary their colors according to the seasons." Whether optical or sunglasses, their price ranges from €135 to €145 depending on the chosen design. The real magic? It's when the two girls are able to offer us the dream frame in a very short time. We fall for the Marilyn. Well done from the first try.No wonder we are delighted, since they know their products perfectly. In addition to being passionate, the two entrepreneurs are also committed: "For us, it was also very important to be part of an eco-responsible approach. First, by using acetate as the main material for manufacturing to ensure durability for our glasses; some frames are even made from biodegradable acetate. Then, by offering a vintage space to participate in a circular economy." Indeed, when we renew our glasses, Fauve takes back our old pair either to refurbish them or to send them to the organization Glasses Without Borders. To thank us, they even offer us a superb personalized case. So here's an elegant new brand.Ethical and accessible, which is likely to surprise you!
